Professional Local Builders in Sevenoaks and the Surrounding Areas.

We had a downstairs toilet put in from scratch, the workmanship was outstanding, both Billy & Shane were very friendly and made us feel at ease. Attention to detail was spot on. Could not recommend them enough, if you are looking for builders you certainly cannot go wrong by using this company. We cannot thank them enough.

Excellent! Billy and Shane took the stress out of the job I needed doing. The team provided clear communication about what needed to be done, gave a very fair price (given the pressures on budgets etc.), turned up and cleaned up. All in all, very pleased and I'd recommend again (and I can be picky!).

This is our second time working with Ground2Floor. The first time, they completed our extension and truly were a lifesaver after our previous builder went AWOL. This time, they fitted our new kitchen. On both occasions, Bill an Shane’s work has been impeccable. They are incredibly reliable, always on time, and consistently leave the site clean and tidy. Beyond their professionalism, they are genuinely nice people who approach their work with a positive attitude and a smile. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them as we did on several occasions with many grateful friends.

Billy and Shane from Ground2Floor did an excellent job on our boundary fence upgrade. They removed our old, worn-out dividing bush and replaced it with a high-quality Omega fence that looks fantastic. The work was completed quicker than expected and to a very high standard. They were professional, efficient, and easy to deal with throughout. We highly recommend Ground2Floor and will definitely be using them again for future renovations. Thank you!

We would have no hesitation in using Billy and Shayne’s services again. They have done a few jobs for us recently - all completed as quoted, efficiently and with attention to detail. They laid a new gravel driveway for us which has made all the difference to our house. We have benefited from their commitment to delivering something their customer will be happy with and they will be proud of. They also worked on the renovation of two cloakrooms including plumbing and carpentry for us and installation of a TV which we are very happy with. We would happily recommend them.

Spent some time making extensive searches in loft and state of outer wall to look for obvious signs of where the rain was coming in and 'travelling' into the bedroom. This took some time. After erecting scaffolding and repointing a certain amount of the outer wall, and correcting a few discovered problems including some drains work, we seem to have found the solution. All of this was performed with good humour, courtesy and awareness that they were working on, and in someone's house.

Billy and Shane are the type of builders that are difficult to find these days. Polite, accommodating, punctual, involve themselves in producing a quality finish through suggestions and flexibility/needs of the client. They have an excellent network of sub contractors who were on time, produced a good standard of work and were courteous to the neighbours. From start to finish we have found their work ethic, standards and personal pride in the job to be a delight to work with. Considering the size of the project, it has landed on time, on budget and can't recommend them highly enough.

I cannot recommend them enough. Shane and Bill you are stars. Thank you!

Billy and the team at Ground2Floor did a fantastic job renovating our old, unusable conservatory so we now have a beautiful extra room. They also did a superb job putting new guttering and fascia boards the entire way around our bungalow. The guys are SO hard-working, accommodating and listen to exactly what you want. Their attention to detail is really excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for this great team. 🙂 will continue to use Ground2Floor.
